THE CONCEPT
NKELO BANTU is a platform that contributes to the development of the DRC's human capital by improving working conditions in companies' human resources departments.
- Carry out a needs analysis to identify the gaps that prevent companies from achieving sustainability.
- Work towards ensuring that at least 40% of Congolese women are represented in decision-making bodies by 2030.
- Reintegration of the diaspora by sharing best practices and knowledge with local companies.
- Develop the skills needed to reach the individual potential that drives business.
