ABOUT US
NKELO BANTU is a platform that contributes to the development of the DRC's human capital through the improvement of working conditions in corporate human resources. The platform brings employees and employers together in a social dialogue to highlight the challenges they face, and to create the opportunities both parties need to ensure the sustainability of their businesses.
OUR MISSION AND GOALS
- Foster a stronger, more direct partnership between employee and employer
- Carry out a needs analysis to identify the gaps that prevent companies from achieving sustainability.
- Promote the reintegration of the diaspora to share best practices and knowledge
- Contribute to the improvement of workplace skills with a view to achieving individual potential and maximum productivity.
- Work towards at least 30% representation of women in decision-making roles by 2030, and
- Establish, improve and implement equity policies that respect diversity within the company.
